Xena, Riche, and Roxy - The TriPom Chews Board of Directors

We are pleased to introduce to you the TriPom Chews Board of Directors: Xena, the multi-colored one; Roxy, the blonde bombshell; and Riche (pronounced Richie), our black “little man”.

We have to say, without being jaded, they are the hardest working entrepreneurial Pomeranians we happen to know. (Whose idea? )

As functioning TriPom Board Members, they have many responsibilities including, but not limited to, being part of all major decisions relating to website design, product creation, purchasing, packaging, marketing, etc. (We're concerned)

In addition to being TriPom Board Members, they are also the TriPom Spokesdogs and represent the company at all functions that allow four-legged attendees. They try to attend a number of pet-related charity events and fairs every month. (Break time? ) They would like you to know that it’s really not that easy being as cute as they are, and receiving all that love and attention at those events. Sometimes they’re wiped out for days but it is rewarding and fulfilling, they say.

Finally, and perhaps most important to them, they are the Quality Control Inspectors for TriPom Chews. They take great pride in taste testing every batch of TriPom Chews to make sure it meets their exacting standards. Sometimes they even have to sample several Chews from a batch before certifying it and giving it their “3 Paws of Approval”—selfless dedication to quality.

They are committed to making your experience with TriPom Chews an enjoyable and memorable one.

Please take the time to check out each of their pages so you can get to know, love, and respect them as we do.

Ever try to get 3 dogs to pose just right for a picture?

It’s like herding cats, it just doesn’t work unless you get lucky.

So, how did we get the great picture of the Poms we use on our website? Well, it was right after they went in for a grooming, and it was Riche’s first grooming (see how little he was? He’s 12 pounds now.) Anyway, Autumn wanted a picture of the kids because they looked so darn cute so she threw them in our barrel chair. An hour and 40 pictures later, she finally got a good ONE where they were all looking at the camera.

Click through the slideshow to see what our kids were thinking as Mom tried to make them sit still for a picture.
Taste testing is Hard, but we have to do it!
Working outside for a change...

Well, another batch of Chicken Jerky that needs to be tasted for our "3 Paws of Approval". So far, this batch is good!
Hanging out with our peeps!
Pom Party - Video 1

We used to live in Chicago in a condo without a backyard so we would go to Small Dog Meetups. This is where we connected with our fellow city-dwelling dog owners that also wanted their dogs to socialize with other small dogs. Sometimes they were held at parks, bars, or even backrooms of pet stores. Bonus pic: This Meetup was at a bar!

These videos are from a Pomeranian Party that happened in the early part of May, 2010. It was SO much fun to see 20 Poms running around, playing and chasing each other! We've been to lots of these play parties, and each time our kids come a little more out of their shells and socialize. They're used to their little "pack" and it's great seeing them start to "open up". We're only ever out for 3-4 hours, but it wipes them out so much that it literally takes them 2-3 days to recover, but they LOVE it!
Still at the park...chillin'

See...Poms can play like real dogs!

Did you know some Poms are like REAL dogs? Many people think Poms are just teddy bears, but watch the fetching skills on this bad boy!
